Our Vision:
Committed to generating jobs and economic development in Mazatlán, our group
was formed in November 1972. Don Julio Berdegue, Founder and Chairman of the
Board of Directors, inaugurated El Cid with a Country Club and nine-hole golf
course -- which has grown, over the years, to 27 holes. El Cid Real Estate has
been in operation since 1975.
The Real Estate Staff is fully certified and responsible for the sales and
